Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our campaign management team as a Digital Campaign Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex digital sampling campaigns from end-to-end, working with some of the biggest and most exciting brands in beauty and personal care.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Management: Capture project requirements and briefs, set up campaigns within our platform and project management tools, and ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and to a high standard.
- Media Strategy: Provide expert advice and guidance on media strategy and execution across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Google, publishers, and other channels.
- Post-Campaign Analysis: Prepare detailed post-campaign analysis reports to provide clients with performance analyses and data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our fulfilment team to ensure campaigns are booked in with our third-party partners, and that sample stock is received and processed correctly.
- Quality Assurance: Test and QA campaigns and gain approval from clients on their campaign assets ahead of go-live to ensure that each and every campaign runs successfully.
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing/social media/email/CRM.
- Experience in data analytics or market research is essential.
- Agency experience would be beneficial.
- Experience setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, paid search) would be beneficial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Interested in the latest trends in beauty & FMCG.
