About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Ellacombe, a 48-bed residential care home in Norwich. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and maintain their independence.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities, and promoting a safe and engaging environment.
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner, communicating with medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting others and providing excellent care.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
