**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Bluebird Care. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and medication management
* Promote independence and dignity for customers, while also ensuring their safety and well-being
* Work collaboratively with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
