We are seeking a committed and empathetic Support Worker to care for individuals with complex needs in our Salhouse service.

As a Care Support Worker, you will provide social and emotional support, assist with personal care, and support with daily tasks such as shopping and household chores.

You will also have the opportunity to build relationships with friends and family of our residents and support them in their local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social and emotional support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with personal care, including personal hygiene needs

Requirements
  • Calm, caring, and positive individual with excellent communication skills
  • Empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others
  • Computer literate
  • Car driver desirable but not essential
