Job Title: Emergency Care Specialist

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Central Medical Services Ltd is a reputable healthcare provider working with the NHS and private clients. We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Emergency Care Specialist to join our team.

This role involves responding to emergencies, events, and general appointments alongside a paramedic/EMT. You will be required to provide patients with potentially life-saving care and transportation to hospital, as well as assisting in the delivery of high-quality clinical and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continuous duty of care to patients within the level of training and competency of this role.
  • Provide clear handover reports when handing over patients to other health professionals.
  • Drive approved ambulance vehicles under normal and blue light circumstances, adhering to service standards and road traffic laws.
  • Maintain competence in using medical and life support equipment carried on vehicles.
  • Support qualified practitioners in providing high-quality care and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Comply with scene safety checks and associated risk assessments.

Requirements:

  • FREC Level 3 and FREC Level 4 qualifications.
  • Recognised blue light qualification (e.g., IHCD / Level 3 Emergency Response Ambulance Driving).
  • Full UK Clean Driving Licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
