About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Reablement team as a Care Rehabilitation Specialist. As a pivotal member of our team, you will have a positive impact on individuals' lives following illness, injury, loss of confidence or hospital admission.
Our Reablement service offers occupational therapists the unique opportunity to work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs.
About the TeamThe Reablement service is led by occupational therapists alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers. We provide a unique opportunity to work in a team managed by an occupational therapist in a service that offers a range of opportunities for career progression including regular training, coaching and leadership programmes.
We're looking for applicants who qualify for Occupational Therapy, along with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience. Holding a valid full UK driver's license is required, as you'll be conducting visits to clients in their own homes or other settings, such as hospitals.
