Fantastic opportunity to lead the development of technical and complex campaign workflow templates, ensuring seamless execution of Adobe Campaign releases and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical campaign workflow templates, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level training and support to Adobe Campaign Executives and marketing community, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operation of marketing technology.
  • Lead the innovation of marketing technology, providing recommendations and technical documentation for new initiatives and channel integrations.
  • Monitor and review Adobe performance, API, active profiles, and campaign set-ups to ensure optimal results.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Campaign, with a strong understanding of marketing management tools and deployment platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, innovation, and trends, with a focus on multi-channel campaign delivery and automated journeys.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across regions and cultures, with a degree-level qualification or equivalent in CRM or e-commerce/direct marketing preferred.
