CRM Manager

At Salt Search, we're seeking a skilled CRM Manager to join our growing Digital function. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering strategic projects and managing 3rd party relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager to drive strategic initiatives and manage vendor partnerships
  • Support the development of a CRM strategy aligned with our company's objectives and customer-centric approach, leveraging data to inform segmentation and lifecycle strategies
  • Be the subject matter expert on customer experience, using data to identify opportunities for personalization and conversion optimization
  • Design, execute, and measure promotional campaigns across various channels, including email, push, and in-app
  • Support the wider CRM team in delivering their projects and execute testing plans to optimize performance
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a CRM/email role, with a track record of executing multi-channel campaigns, preferably with app experience
  • Experience working in a digital-first or tech environment, with a strong understanding of CRM principles
  • Essential experience with Braze, with skills in HTML and CSS
