Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Enso Recruitment is partnering with a leading IT Services Company to recruit a Client Relationship Manager in Belfast. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced Account Manager looking to join a rapidly growing company and contribute to its success.

The Role

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer service across all engagements. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to create custom solutions that meet and exceed client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to create custom solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to prepare proposals and quotes
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and existing clients
  • Conduct regular visits to customer sites or engage with them remotely to maintain and strengthen relationships
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients at all organizational levels
  • Develop and maintain a sales forecast that outlines current and future business opportunities
  • Monitor and manage sales performance in alignment with company objectives and targets
Requirements
  • Strong relevant experience in the IT or technology sector
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and success
  • Demonstrated success as a business-to-business account manager, particularly in selling IT solutions to enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience in maintaining an effective network of contacts and building relationships at senior levels within customer and prospect organizations
  • Proven ability to take ownership of bid and proposal production
The Package

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000, uncapped commission for new business, and a range of benefits including enhanced annual leave entitlement, birthday off, flexible working, and fully funded personal development and training.
