We are seeking a seasoned Client Manager to join our dynamic team in Belfast. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with proactive, high-quality service
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives
  • Identify opportunities for additional services and growth within existing client accounts
  • Oversee client communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to all inquiries

Candidate Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with significant experience in client management within a UK accountancy practice
  • Proven track record in managing and developing client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and act on business opportunities
