About the Job
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, knowledge, and training to sell effectively in the HCM space.
  • Provide sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance to senior leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies for improving sales performance through increased sales volume or higher margins on existing sales.
