Job Title: Ward Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ward Leader to join our paediatric team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and implement improvements as needed
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
  • Current NMC Part 1 (Child) registration
  • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
