Job Title: Ward Leader, Paediatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ward Leader to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a Ward Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursing service on Rays of Sunshine Ward, ensuring that the care delivered is of the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the nursing team and ensure that they are working effectively to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered on the ward and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with Trust policies and procedures.

Requirements:
