Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ward Leader to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our paediatric liver service, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient use of staff and equipment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvements

Requirements
  • Current NMC Part 1 (Child) registration
