Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ward Leader to join our team at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our paediatric liver and gastrointestinal service, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of excellent patient outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and allocate resources to ensure efficient use of staff and equipment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Current NMC Part 1 (Child) registration
  • Proven leadership experience in a nursing role
