Nurse Specialist Learning Disability

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and carers to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance care coordination and service user engagement.
This position requires a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) or equivalent qualifications, with a strong understanding of mental health principles, legislation, and best practices. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £29,970 and £36,483 per annum, depending on experience and location.
