We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated registered nurses to join our team at Peak View Ward, Vale Community Hospital. Our 20-bedded unit provides specialized stroke rehabilitation, sub-acute medical care, general rehabilitation, and end-of-life care.

">About the Role
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care needs for a specific group of service users.
  • Supervise, mentor, and teach qualified and unqualified staff, including students.
  • Coordinate care for a specified group of service users.
  • Deliver safe and effective patient-centered care to service users, their families, and carers.
