Job Title: Child Protection Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and develop effective plans to address these needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case work, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in social work (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience of working with children and families in a statutory or voluntary setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing demands.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,541 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:
