Clinical Team Manager

This full-time Senior Mental Health Social Worker position offers a 37-hour workweek, with a salary of £46,845 (£41,845 + £5,000 market supplement pro-rata).
The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Mental Health Social Work Practitioner, registered with a relevant UK regulatory body.
They must have a degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification, with evidence of continued professional development, and a comprehensive understanding of relevant social care legislation.
The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities include managing patient caseloads, supporting the management of the Defence Community Mental Health team, and taking on additional clinical and management tasks as required.
