About the Role:

Meditalent Ltd seeks an experienced Clinical Team Manager to join our Salisbury hospital team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the renal services department, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care. You will also oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and implement process improvements.
