About the RoleAs a key member of our Waterlooville team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the preparation of year-end accounts, and supervising junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to clients on financial matters, developing strong relationships and trust.
- Lead a small team, mentoring junior staff and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- ACCA / ACA qualification with at least 5 years' experience working in a similar UK-based accountancy practice.
- Prior experience in team management and leadership is essential.
