Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Account Manager with a strong background in network solutions to manage major corporate accounts. You will be responsible for the entire client relationship, from design to implementation and management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and convert new opportunities from existing accounts
- Achieve revenue and GP targets
- Maintain up-to-date ADPs for Strategic, Key, and Development accounts
- Manage opportunities through the sales cycle
- Liaise with other departments to progress opportunities and build credibility
- Lead customer meetings and presentations, creating professional business proposals
- Target new business opportunities through existing accounts and relationships
- Drive new business through networking within market verticals
- Proven experience in account management within the technology sector
- Strong understanding of network solutions and related technologies
- Experience with operational costs, commercial profitability, and P&L
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full driving license, as the role involves significant travel and occasional unsociable hours
- Degree-level education and sales qualifications are advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of the Network & Infrastructure sector is desirable
- Strong knowledge of Cisco products is highly desirable
