This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team based in our Widnes Office. As a Portfolio Account Manager, you'll work with an agreed base of existing customers, proactively targeting new customers while also working in partnership with Sales & Product Management on core products within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • To deliver sustainable & ongoing growth
  • Ability, desire & motivation to support and work as 'one team' within C&S with specific focus our packed Solvents business
  • To control customer sales attrition, grow trading customers and deliver on spot sales.
  • Activity management
  • Salesforce (CRM sales tool) update and maintenance
  • Q (Pricing tool) update and maintenance

We Are Looking For

A passion for selling, a desire to be successful, and the ability to build strong relationships internally and with customers. Picking up the phone and speaking to as many customers as possible is a key action for what this role requires.

If you are the successful candidate, you will show the necessary desires to learn to be a highly skilled sales person. Ideally, you will have experience of managing existing accounts and identifying and gaining new business.
