HSBC is seeking a skilled Contact Centre Representative to provide exceptional customer service over the phone. This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £23,205 (pro-rata) for a 35-hour week, along with a range of benefits, including free parking, an on-site gym, and subsidised on-site nursery.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced contact centre environment, providing customers with solutions to their queries in a friendly and professional manner. Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to educate customers about HSBC products and digital banking platforms.

Our comprehensive training programme includes four weeks of initial training followed by five weeks of support in our Academy, where you'll take live customer calls with peer coaching. You will also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, balancing work and personal life.
