Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Material Inventory Controller for iO Associates, a global pioneer in the aerospace industry. The company operates in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors.

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle material orders and movements, prioritizing tasks according to logistics and airworthiness guidelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate pick, pack, and system transactions, verifying documents before packing, and confirming movements in SAP.

About the Role

This 12+ months contract role involves working onsite 3 days a week at our Brize Norton, Oxfordshire location. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management systems and manual handling, with preference given to those with aerospace and SAP expertise.

A competitive salary of £22.00 p/h inside IR35 reflects the importance of this role in supporting our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage material orders and movements efficiently
  • Handle items per logistics and airworthiness guidelines to ensure accuracy
  • Verify and confirm document transactions within SAP
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
Requirements
  • Industry experience in military, aviation, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals is desirable
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and manual handling procedures
  • Experience in SAP and aerospace industries is highly valued
