At Zest, we're seeking a highly motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to manage procurement of materials for a globally leading business. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of procurement experience, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Analyse daily stock requirements, place purchase orders, and monitor deliveries to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain supplier contact, resolve problems, and communicate with factory management and customer service teams.
  • Update raw material schedules, manage delivery quotas, and perform associated administration tasks.
  • Assist Inventory and Supply Chain Managers with reporting demands.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and using IT systems (Excel). Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous but not essential.
