Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary:
Morgan Law is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for IT and Marketing categories. You will work closely with the Head of Procurement to deliver value and cost savings, develop relationships with senior stakeholders, and ensure continual improvement and best practice is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for IT and Marketing categories
Deliver value and cost savings through effective negotiation and contractual relationships
Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners
Ensure continual improvement and best practice is delivered

Requirements:
CIPS qualified or working towards the qualification
Solid experience of commercial negotiations
Experience in developing, drafting, structuring, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts
Previous experience in managing IT and Digital procurement projects
Ability to financially evaluate proposals from a cost and risk perspective
Experience in supplier evaluations
Deep understanding of the market and supply base in relation to the categories of spend under control
Solid experience in running tender exercises, including the completion of tender documentation
