The successful candidate will work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to track and adjust stock levels based on usage patterns, seasonal demand, and forecasted requirements. They will also place orders with suppliers based on stock levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules.
They will monitor and report on purchasing budgets and ensure procurement activities are cost-effective. Continuously seeking ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory needs.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed purchasing decisions.

- Problem-Solving: Proactively addressing challenges related to inventory, suppliers, or logistics.
