EV Cargo, a leading international supply chain partner, is seeking a Contract Operations Supervisor to join our Commercial Team. As a valued member of the operation, you will play a crucial role in achieving and surpassing service and financial targets.

The Role:

You will be responsible for interacting with clients at operational and commercial levels to ensure performance is achieved. This will involve managing a team of drivers at site to maximize efficiency for the contract, controlling account performance, and producing periodic performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients to ensure performance is achieved.
  • Manage a team of drivers to maximize efficiency.
  • Control account performance and produce periodic reports.
  • Be responsible for haulier relationship management and productivity.
  • Have a strong PC literacy, including Word and Excel.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary based on experience, on-site parking, and a rewards scheme.

Shift Information:

Monday to Friday, 9-hour shift with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Where You Will Be Based:

You will be based on our customer site in Rugby.
