Senior Business Development Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at SER Limited. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and creating demand for our products and services in the South West region.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the sales pipeline and meet company sales targets, leveraging our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the designated region to promote and create demand for our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide support and lighting solutions to key accounts, utilizing our products and services
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in specification sales and project-based sales, ideally with a background in lighting solutions
- Strong understanding of the logistics and warehousing sector, with a focus on lighting requirements and solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of our products and services
**Estimated Salary Range:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
