Business Development Manager

At Level Up Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identify new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering against targets, with experience managing accounts at a national level. They will be responsible for:
- Developing strategic customer accounts at a regional and national level.
- Creating and managing a new business pipeline.
- Nurturing and growing a number of existing accounts to their full potential.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to manage your own diary and prioritize tasks effectively. You will work closely with key departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Support to find innovative solutions that meet customer needs while enabling the business to operate in the most profitable and efficient way.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £47,000, a car allowance of £7,100, an uncapped OTE/bonus, contributory pension, and many more company benefits.
