We are seeking a highly skilled Shop Business Development Manager to join our team in Taunton, Somerset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experience, and leading the shop team to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead the shop team to achieve sales targets and improve customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and shop appearance.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve overall business objectives.

About You:

  • You have experience in a performance-driven retail environment.
  • You possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • You are able to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
