Youth Mental Health Specialist

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 CAMHS Practitioner to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist assessment and care planning for service users and carers
- Contribute to the delivery of home treatment through nursing care to an identified community client group
- Support early discharge from hospital and facilitate holistic assessments
- Develop and implement effective care plans, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
Requirements:
- RNM, OT, or Social Worker qualification (essential)
- Experience in mental health community and ward-based settings (essential)
- Child and adolescent mental health experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in DBT, CBT, and risk management (desirable)
