About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data and Compliance Lead to join our team at York College. As a key leadership role within our Additional Learning Support function, you will support the Head of Additional Learning Support to ensure efficient use of resources to support students with special education needs, disabilities, and other learning difficulties.

You will be responsible for leading administrative support staff, ensuring data relating to our students and services is accurately recorded and utilised by other colleagues within the department and within curriculum areas. This is to inform teaching, learning, assessment and support practices.

As a leader in this field, you should possess up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice for Further Education and other legislation and guidance related to transition, education, social care and health.

Your salary will be in the range £31,107 to £34,154 per annum, plus generous benefits, including 45 days annual leave pro rata (including bank holidays and efficiency closures) and a comprehensive Occupational Pension Scheme.
