">The job description for this Defence Sector Growth Manager role includes identifying and pursuing high-value Defence sector opportunities, maintaining and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance to internal teams, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth.
">Responsibilities
">- To pursue and secure high-value Defence sector opportunities.
- To maintain and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- To provide expert advice and guidance to internal teams to inform strategic decisions.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
">- Established network of clients and contacts within the Defence industry.
- Experience of operating at C-Suite level.
- Knowledge and understanding of how the Defence industry is developing based on PEST factors and associated strategic opportunities.
- Experience of building and closing multi-million-pound sales pipelines.
- Consultative/solution selling experience within Business Development roles.
- Proven ability to identify and translate complex customer aspirations into realised outcomes.
- Good written communication skills.
- Experience of working with and updating CRM systems.
