AV Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AV Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to implement a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise for complex project deliverables across Microsoft, VMWare, Dell, Citrix, and NetApp infrastructure.
  • Support and improvement of Exchange Hybrid environments.
  • Identify risks and areas for improvement across the infrastructure.
  • Participate in patching and release weekend responsibilities.
  • Strong expertise across Windows Server platforms, including VMWare virtualisation technologies.
  • Experience supporting and configuring Citrix XenDesktop and XenApp deployments.
  • Ability to contribute to the 3rd level technical expertise across a Microsoft, Dell, Citrix, and NetApp infrastructure.
  • Experience of the Microsoft Azure environment, including PAAS and IAAS.
  • Knowledge of M365 configuration and support, including Exchange and MS Teams.
  • An understanding of networking essentials.
  • An understanding of ITIL processes, including change, incident and problem management.
