Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the Statement of Purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • Support and manage staff to meet the needs of children and young people
  • Act as a responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints
  • Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for children and young people

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of Ofsted
  • Ability to manage and develop core skills
  • Experience of mental health services offered within Cambian Specialist Mental Health Services
