Children's Team Leader Nights

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children\u0027s Team Leader Nights to join our team at CareTech UK. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  2. Plan team rotas to support the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
  3. Assist the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  4. Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager
  5. Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  6. Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  7. Create a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements:

  1. You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  2. Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  3. You must have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant level 3 qualification
