About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at CareTech Group. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet the needs of the children and young people in accordance with Ofsted regulations
  • Plan and manage team rotas to support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assist the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Carry out all other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Supervise in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  • Create a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements:

  • You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • You must have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
