Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at the Cambian Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager in achieving the aims and objectives of the children's home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence
  • Support and manage staff to ensure they meet the needs of the children and young people
  • Act as a responsible person in managing child protection concerns and complaints
  • Work in partnership with other professionals to achieve optimum outcomes for children and young people
