About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Team Lead to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Residential Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people, in line with Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in accordance with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas to support the Deputy and Home Manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  • Creating a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements

  • You must be 21 years old due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is essential due to the locations of the homes
  • You must have at least six months' experience in children's residential care and hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
