Established in 2019, we have expanded our services to offer healthcare assistance for those in need, both in their own homes and care homes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our care services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, management, and support to ensure the highest levels of care and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide leadership and management to the care services team to ensure excellent care outcomes.
  2. Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards, aiming for a minimum of a Good CQC inspection rating.
  3. Accountable for the health and safety of staff and clients, ensuring relevant policies and procedures are followed.
  4. Implement and maintain high-quality care services, promoting business aims and values.
  5. Continuously review and improve processes to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
  6. Identify and recruit high-quality care assistants, implement excellent training, and maintain high retention ratios.
  7. Ensure the provision of staff training and the delivery of high-quality care services to vulnerable individuals.
  8. Design and implement effective scheduling to ensure care assistants deliver allocated care to clients.
  9. Take ownership of quality assurance and governance through scheduled spot checks, service reviews, internal audits, and annual surveys.
  10. Complete and continuously improve assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to ensure client outcomes and exceed customer expectations.
  11. Take responsibility for ensuring the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside normal office hours.
  12. Be aware of key performance indicators and accurately record and report statistics to the Director as required.
  13. Perform ad hoc duties to support the Director, as needed, to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • In-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Management experience of service provision in the care industry.
  • Hold a UK or EU driving license and have daily access to a car.
  • Have ongoing right to work in the UK.
