Young People Service Worker

**Job Description:**
We are looking for a dedicated Young People Service Worker to join our team in Hounslow. As an Enhanced Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to young people, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary for this role is £22,120.10 per annum, with 25 days Annual Leave (FTE), pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression opportunities. This is a full-time position, working 32 hours per week on a rota pattern that includes early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for key-working a caseload of young people assigned by management, undertaking initial and continuous assessments of their needs and risks, and developing positive behaviour support plans. You will also support customers to claim eligible benefits, develop life skills, budgeting, and financial literacy, as well as encourage healthy eating and safe cooking practices.
