**Enhanced Support Worker Role:**

We are seeking an experienced Enhanced Support Worker to join our dynamic service in Hounslow. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping young people achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The salary for this role is £22,120.10 per annum, with 25 days Annual Leave (FTE), pension schemes, staff discounts, healthcare, and career progression opportunities. This is a full-time position, working 32 hours per week on a rota pattern that includes early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will be responsible for key-working a caseload of young people assigned by management, undertaking initial and continuous assessments of their needs and risks, and developing positive behaviour support plans. You will also support customers to claim eligible benefits, develop life skills, budgeting, and financial literacy, as well as encourage healthy eating and safe cooking practices.

**What You'll Bring:**

To succeed in this role, you will need up-to-date knowledge of social care legislation and frameworks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to challenging environments. A minimum of NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in the social care sector is required.
