Salary: £22,120.10 per annum

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Young People Service in Hounslow. As an Enhanced Support Worker, you'll be responsible for providing key support to young people with complex needs, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Your main duties will include:
  • Key-working a caseload of assigned customers, undertaking initial and continuous assessments of their needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing positive behavior support plans that promote healthy living and social skills.
  • Supporting customers to engage with education, employment, training, and informal accreditation opportunities.
  • Collaborating with local agencies and service providers to ensure comprehensive support for our customers.

Requirements:
  • An understanding of the issues facing young people, including mental health and wellbeing, and the importance of adolescent development and attachment theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A commitment to non-discriminatory practice, promoting equality and diversity in all aspects of work.
  • Strong personal resilience and excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to challenging environments.
