Administrative Support Lead for Customer Solutions

As a key member of the Resource Directorate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the PA Service Lead and leading the PA Team within Customer Solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring effective operational delivery support to the Extended Leadership Team, encompassing tasks such as project coordination, research assistance, and training development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PA Service Lead in managing the PA Team, guaranteeing a seamless service to the Extended Leadership Team.
- Provide administrative support for projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders.
