Candour Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its dynamic retail technology team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers on our innovative software solutions.
- Resolve complex customer support issues while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Help clients maximise their use of products and services to improve their operations.
- Create and update training materials and support guides.
- Stay updated on new features and share customer feedback with the team to help improve products.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in teaching within technology or retail.
- Good IT skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of retail operations and challenges, especially in outdoor and cycling areas.
- Strong communication skills.
This position is based in the Cumbria office, working 5 days a week. We require full right to work in the UK.
