We are seeking a skilled Paraplanning Professional to provide comprehensive support to our Financial Planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IFA administration or paraplanning, with a good understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. They will be responsible for researching and consolidating information into well-written reports, handling multiple client queries, and managing and organising tasks for Financial Planners.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, and a good knowledge of financial planning products and providers. They will work closely with two Financial Planners, gaining a deep understanding of the clients, paraplanning methods, and financial planning processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and consolidating information into well-written reports
  • Handling multiple client queries
  • Managing and organising tasks for Financial Planners
