**Key Responsibilities:**
* Specify, communicate, and measure against key CRM KPIs to drive improvements in CRM performance
* Collaborate with the marketing team to define audience segmentation and create newsletters and other email communications
* Set up lead scoring across all brands and create processes for lead handover
* Monitor deliverability scores and troubleshoot any issues
* Develop and run reports and dashboards to provide relevant data to sales and management
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in online CRM marketing
* Proven experience in managing retention and CRM programs and database management
* Proven track record of working in a sales-driven commercial trading environment
* Understanding of current data protection and privacy legislation
