About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team at Artemis Human Capital. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial litigation cases, including professional negligence, corporate disputes, financial services, and real estate litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse commercial litigation caseload, with an emphasis on professional negligence, corporate disputes, financial services, and real estate litigation.
  • Provide advocacy in both the County Court and High Court, with potential exposure to Chancery and Commercial Court matters.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service.
  • Collaborate across teams and offices to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE with a strong background in commercial litigation and advocacy within the County Court and High Court.
  • A proactive approach to client service and the ability to work well within a team.
  • A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
